Autumn leaves

I pulled over on the way to a garden centre today to take these. I absolutely love autumn and the rapidly changing colours of the leaves. It was quite windy and a bit of snowstorm in a leafy sort of way. This is also the way to Blue Cross, so I’ll look forward to seeing the trees change to more orange tones in the weeks to come. Ann x

  2. I don't like the dark evenings but I love the autumn colours.

    1. I don’t mind the dark evening too much, as long as I’m nice and cosy indoors! One thing I’m not too keen on, is clearing up next door’s magnolia leaves from our garden, haha.

  3. Love the colours of autumn as well. Our colour change is now over.

    God bless.

    1. Hopefully our autumn leaves will hang around for a bit (unless we have a spell of stormy weather!) :)

  4. Autumn is my favourite season. We have noticed a lack of conkers here where we live! My 2 eldest granddaughters have been looking high & low, but none to be found in the woods!

    1. I haven’t looked for them this year, but I know last year I didn’t find loads though. We had a very strange start to the year weather wise, didn’t we, so perhaps it’s affected confers. I have seen quite a few acorns :)

    1. It’s just showery here now, but the showers are very heavy. I need to get out in my garden, but everything is so boggy!
